Customer Service Representative in our client’s contact center you’ll be a driving force for keeping high-level customers satisfied. Your attention to detail and organizational abilities will help you achieve successful resolutions.

* Interact with clients by mail, telephone, or email to provide information or inquiries about products and services
* Be able to handle complaints and resolve client issues
* Complete department projects and perform other duties and special assignments as required.


* Bilingualism would be an Asset
* One or more years of customer service experience
* Ability to work in a team based environment and interact cooperatively with internal and external customers
* Effective problem solving skills and outstanding customer service skills
* Able to work in a fast paced business environment
* High attention to detail
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
* Able to face challenges with a positive attitude
